Some of our older fans might remember a classic game series called under the name Oddworld. Back in 1997, when the PlayStation 1 was still new and far advanced, Oddworld Inhabitants released a game called Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee. It was a platform game in which you took control of Abe, a Mudokon, who has decided to escape the hell of the most processing factory in order to liberate his fellow Mudokons.
The game is very highly regarded, even now, and is remember with a high level of nostalgia by many gamers. Well yesterday, Oddworld Inhabitants, the game's developer, announced that they are releasing the next installment of the series: Oddworld: Soulstorm.
The game is due to be released in 2020 (no official launch date, yet), leaving us plenty of time to replay the earlier games in the series in preparation.
